“Who you are in this moment is all that’s needed to rediscover your authentic self and find meaning, as you navigate the essence of life – to love and be loved”.
Esther Low
Very often we feel compelled to curate only the best version of ourselves, concealing the aspects we deem less favourable or “flawed”. Over time, this act of self-censorship can estrange us from our true essence, leading to a disconnection from our authentic self, and ultimately, a sense of dissatisfaction with who we have become.
Yet, the journey of life is not about fitting into the molds set by others, but rather about rediscovering and embracing the genuine self within. It is in this embrace that we find the path to a life of deeper meaning and true purpose.

My Style & Professional Counselling Approach
Existential Therapy & Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
My commitment is to walk alongside you on this journey, continuously learning and growing to better support you. My goal is to create a warm, non-judgmental safe space where you feel safe to explore your thoughts and feelings openly and freely. It is about two individuals connecting, with the aim of understanding and supporting you on your journey.
In this space, you can reflect on and express your worldview, shaped by your unique upbringing and experiences. Together, we will gently explore any possible biases that may be influencing your perspective and work towards meaningful changes in how you see yourself, others, and the world. This is an ongoing journey, guiding you towards embracing your true self and aligning with what truly matters to you.
My main approach is cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) which primarily focuses on helping you recognize unique patterns in your thoughts, feelings, and reactions, and equips you with strategies to navigate life’s adversities more effectively. Ultimately, successful therapy should leave you feeling empowered, confident, and able to face life’s challenges independently, without needing my support or intervention.
