Terms & Conditions
As our practitioners are not usually on standby, payment of the booking fee is required upon booking to confirm the reservation. Any unpaid bookings will be automatically canceled if payment is not made 48 hours before the appointment date.
Rescheduling & Cancellations: A minimum of 24-hours’ notice is required for rescheduling or cancellation of an appointment. If, for any reason, a session is canceled less than 24-hours prior, the booking fee will be forfeited. You may also inquire whether there is an option to meet virtually if you’re unable to attend an in-person session.
