One of the worst symptoms when it comes to any mental health condition is hopelessness. Without hope, we fall into a state of despair, and would have little to no motivation to do anything more, even to help ourselves. I see our job as mental health professionals as part of a team in providing hope and support for our patients undergoing a journey to get themselves back to a 100% of who they are.

My Style & Professional Approach
My training consists of focusing on caring for mental health conditions through an understanding of the biopsychosocial model, integrating all aspects of the biological (Body), psychology (Mind) and social (situation).
Working with a group of therapists to provide care in working through issues regarding the mind and solving/understanding our reaction to social situations, as well as my part in managing the body/brain to ensure our patients get the best chance at success in improving their mental health condition.
We have to be careful when it comes to medication, using these tools judiciously, embracing the motto “Start low, go slow but go all the way”, ensuring the net impact of medications when utilized in our bodies to be a net positive overall.
